You need to use the Select Pages Action and set it to 'number range' then have an Action selecting the spot colors and then link the two together with an 'AND' then the correction for that page. That's not possible in PitStop I am afraid, you would need Switch for that.

The Add Bleed does not work with text so it probably would not work for you as it currently is.

Interesting one, this might be possible with some of the new functionality for moving pages in PitStop 2017.

The trick will be getting one Action that does all pages, but I have some thoughts on that.

Yes you can do this, it all depends on the selections you make. If you look at the Action List for Bleed, Some none or not enough that should give you some guidance. You can always drop me a mail at Enfocus (andrewb@enfocus.com) but I will be on vactation until the 31st July.

I think it might be possible using restrictions in PitStop 2017 as we improved the ink coverage check there.

You'll need to set up a variable set and use an xpath to pull those values out of the XML. Then in the preflight profile instead of using a number, link to the variable. you then drop the xml and pdf into the hotfolder, but you need to be able to associate them, normally this is by filename. There is a way to do this, but it's a bit convoluted. Firstly you need the Global Change 'Apply Page Boxes" This allows you to import and EDL and save a Global Change. Then you need to save that Global Change as an Action List. That's available under the little cog on the top right hand corner ...

IF you don't want them you need to delete them, you can't just disable them. Minimum you have to have a Media Box, so based on your message you also need a Trim Box. What about a Bleed Box though, do you need that? Deleting the unwanted Boxes can be done in the PitStop Inspector, or by an Action List.

Did you get these from Enfocus directly or from your local reseller?

I seem to remember we did something like this with the Check Ink Coverage Action.
It has more options than the check in the Preflight Profile, like 'less than', 'more than' etc.

I would suggest having a play with that.

Try this.
When you go to paste, actually click on the target page first. Then paste.
If it's a multi-page document, PitStop needs to know which page to paste into.
Navigating to the page in Acrobat is not enough.
