Re: Warning 'Skipped unsupported property'
Hi David, Thanks for the reply. Your short term solution option worked. I've installed Callas PDF Toolbox Profiles configurator / version 10 (and removed version 11). And it looks like the flows are running normal again. The first tests were positive, but we can say for sure if everything is OK when...

Re: Warning 'Skipped unsupported property'
Thank you for the replies. Some configurators are working again, the more "simple" elements in our flows. The complex callas configurators with applied reports properties are stil not working. This is the detailed error message we get. Schermafbeelding 2017-03-28 om 14.04.20.png I think it...

We've just updated Office, Adobe CC and Windows server in general. Everythings seems fine, but while restarting Switch, the configurators were automatically updated a...

Re: Placing a Variable in a Variable
Hello, Thanks for all the replies! It's correct, we are starting from an Excel spreadsheet with all the article details in it for the new order. This document is provided by our customer. We "clean" it up, so all the important data for the workflow remains in the new file and the redundant...

Hello everyone, I'm trying to read some data from my XML dataset attached to my job-file. This is the path I need to use to fetch the data: [Metadata.Text:Path="/dn:Workbook/dn:Worksheet[1]/dn:Table[1]/dn:Row[2]/dn:Cell[1]/dn:Data",Dataset="Xml",Model="XML",Before="...

Monitoring amount of jobs processed in a specific flow or flowelement
Hello, Does anybody know a simple solution to monitor the amount of jobs processed in one or more workflows? And specify or sort them by a flow element? With statistics I only get information about the time and not the amount of jobs. But maybe I'm using it the wrong way. Thanks in advance! Greeting...

Re: Switch lost connection Repeatedly
Hi, Thanks for the info! I'm going to investigate it. I didn't know of this Known Issue. Apparently the connection losses of Switch itself and the Designer are caused by different problems. With the support of the Enfocus Helpdesk we found out that the crashes of Switch itself propably happened beca...

Re: RexEx without the Scripting Module
Hi,
Your hint for the metadata-date setting works fine!
In the beginning I was looking for a regular expression to solve the problem, but this different property works even better.
Thank you for the assistance.
Greetings from Holland

[Job.UserEmail] stays empty
Hello everyone, It's probably a newbie question, but I've got a strange problem with my Job Variable [Job.UserEmail]. In my first flow the 3 variables [Job.UserEmail] [Job.UserName] [Job.UserFullName] are perfect accessible throughout the whole flow in different folders, connections or metadata prop...

Re: Problems on editing files stopped in checkpoints
Hi alanoliveira, Last week we were able to solve this problem. In our workflow we now can edit & save the files without any problem. I also got the answer from Enfocus that it could be the Antivirus program. With their instructions I excluded the "temp" folder on the harddrive from sca...

Re: Problems on editing files stopped in checkpoints
Hello,
We have the same problems while editing the files in our SwitchClients.
Is there any news on the investigation yet?
Thanks!
