I just tested the SFTP connector on my system (Windows 2016 Server) and I am having the same issue. Filezilla connects correctly, but the SFTP connector times out every time.

It's trying to update the app list for the new App Store that came with Update 1. Since you have no open 'Net connection, it's yelling at you.

There is no setting for checking the App Store in Preferences. Probably no way to stop it, but you could open a call to Enfocus Tech support and ask.

Where can I find the Windows configurator for Quark 10 in Switch 12? We have version 12 of Switch, but the Quark configurator will still not run.



I guess I will un-install Office 2013 and go down to Office 2010 while we wait for update 1.

Could someone give a timeline for the release of the configurators for Word 2013 (been in release for some time now) and Quark 10 for Windows?



Our customers are providing these files and we have to process them manually, which defeats the purpose of purchasing Switch.

I have a similar need. I need to sort XML files by an internal variable one at a time with a set amount of time between each file. I looked at the Hold Job tool and do not see an option for "Space Jobs Apart". I tried using Delay with a time of 30 seconds, but all the files in the incoming...
