In the "Hold job element" (Switch 11 update 3) the "Orphan Timeout" does NOT work properly.
After Orphan Timeout, the files do not match the release condition go to the next step instead of going to the problem folder
why? is it a BUG? I something wrong?
PS= the "After N minutes" is disable. the "complete condition" is disable

I assume you are referring to the "Assemble job" element and not to the "Hold job" element, because that one does not have an orphan timeout setting.
"Assemble job" has an outgoing traffic-light connection. When the timeout is reached the waiting files are sent along the error connection. You probably did not split it up so both correctly assembled jobs and the ones that timed out are being sent along the same connection.
