Unique name added to Folders....Do Not Want

I have a flow that scans a server when other folders are submitted using a submit point.

My problem is that I want the flow to scan all folders in the main directory, but it wants to add that darn unique name to other folders I am not matching up. Is it possible to leave "unneeded" folders as the original name they had before the flow scanned it?

I assume you are using "Submit hierarchy". As you have not given an example I can only advise to experiment with "Subfolder levels" possibly in combination with one or more "Adjusted by" rules.
