What should be Background image be saved as so it is not repeated so much on screen?

I am trying to make a background image, for a flow in Switch, so I can highlight different areas of the flow...

is there another way to change folder colors?

The background image is its effective resolution and is repeated to fill the canvas. Most computer screens are 96 (or higher). Try to create a PNG with that resolution and then increase the pixel size until it doesn't tile.

You can't customize the color of folders, elements or connections.

Background images are repeated, but header images are not.
