Send on ftp error

Hi,

My flow send lot of image on a ftp site and i have two message error

Can't connect to the FTP server; error message: Operation interrupted or timeout

and

Failed to upload file to the FTP server; error message: FTP protocol error

what can i do for regroup and send on the same batch and same time?

help!

Ken,

Outside of Switch I would tell you to enable FTP "keep-alive". Is this a LAN or WAN transfer?

Hi DKelly ...

I am getting a "Failed to upload file to the FTP server; error message: FTP protocol error" issue on my switch 12 U 1 ...

New install and config, brand new MacPro, but we've been having some weird things happening to files being uploaded to the ftp server ... Corruption lines in some tiff files !

Just wondering what you meant by - enabling the ftp keep alive ? Is that a config in switch ?
