Hi guys, Im having a very annoying problem with my Switch Server.
Sometime it is crashing without any apparent reason.
Im having this problem with Switch 12 update 2 in WIndows 7 x64 and Windows Server 2012 x64.

Switch Server 12.2 is crashing!
The only thing I can advise at this point is that you set "Crash reporter - "Ask user to send crash reports" in "Preferences - Error handling". That will allow us to investigate the cause. Also send a mail to support@enfocus.com when you had such a situation and the report was sent.

My crash report was disabled.
Now I enabled it, and I sent an email to Enfocus when the error occurred.
I hope they help me to find out what is happening.

I reported this problem to Enfocus and they analysed the crash reports.
It's seems something related with thumbnail generation and Adobe Reader.

It seems the Switch Service crashes every time it tries to connect with SwitchClient.
It seems while generating thumbnails for SwitchClient the memory is over and thus the next thread just throws the exception and Switch crashes.
This has been logged as a bug.
The provisional solution was downgrade Adobe Reader v11 to v10.
I reported this problem to Enfocus and they analysed the crash reports.
It's seems something related with thumbnail generation and Adobe Reader.

I have a similar problem. After the downgrade I have no errors, but the thumbnail are not displayed at all.
In the new version I can't see that improve that error.
