Hi,
We are updated pitstop server 8 to pitstop server 12 version.
The generated report from pitstopserver 8 and 12 is different, but the preflight profile is same, could you please advice.
The following error is not showing in pitstopserver 8 - report, but it is showing in version 12, we are checked manually in acrobat but there is no issue.
Errors were found in general document properties
Document uses 4 separations, should be less than or equal to 1. Those 4 separations are: Black, Cyan,
Magenta, Yellow

Which preflight profile are you using, is it a standard one or one of your own construction?
If the former then I suspect that the preflight profile has been improved and you are now using a newer version.
If you don't need the check for number of separations then I would simply remove it.

We are using custom profile (provided by my customer).
Yes, it is imported from older version profile (but i have checked, there is no issue in profile).
No, we need to ensure there is no extra separations in PDF (this is single color).

Ok, the best thing to do is contact our support team so they can take a look and advise you.
Please email them at support@enfocus.com. If you can supply the preflight profile and some PDF files that show the issue that would be perfect.
