Link in Client to remote pdf file

Hello everyone,

I 'am trying to open a remote .pdf or .doc (not the job pdf) in the client.
But there is no option to make a link / href in the client. Do's anyone has a resolution for this.

Option is to inject te file and show it as a report file in the client but then we can not see the preflight report.
Making a checkpoint only for this option is not the solution for us.

Hope there are some ideas.

I don't really understand the question. How do you mean open? You can send .doc or .pdfs into the Switch Client and remote users can view the files before processing them. Do you want to include an additional file with each job? If so, why wouldn't an Inject + an Assemble work for you?
