Switch processing VERY slow since update

Hi Everyone

Hopefully you can help. Since our update to switch 13 we've had a few issues but the main one seems to be generally moving files around they seem to sit in input folders for a long long long time. I keep seeing this

"Job arrived performing filtering tasks... "

In the progress bar and it looks like its hanging on that task. Is anyone else having problems? I've tried tweaking my processing settings but nothing seems to be making this any better.

So a few days of messing around with settings and processing and nothing has changed.

This is causing a serious problem for us now has anyone else had any issues with switch 13?

Hi,

Where do you set the input folder path?
If you can see this without any network connection, it seems really strange.
Before you re-install Switch 13, how about removing files in Switch Server folder of Mac Application Support?
Of course you should backup all the flows and related files.
