Switch Inconsistent

Hello all,

I have been experiencing some problems with Switch. I created a flow that gangs business cards and calculates the sheets needed based on quantity. I am using HP SmartStream Designer Ganging configurator to gang the jobs and rename job to calculate the sheets needed. The problem I am experiencing is that sometimes jobs will work, but other times it wont. This morning I had 3 jobs fail right after the HP SmartStream Designer Ganging configurator. I put the same 3 jobs through again and had no problems.

Is anybody else experiencing this problem? Does anybody have any idea what the problem is? Any help is appreciated!

What's the failure reason? Any messages in the log?

The message we get is: Flow element has no outgoing connections of the specified level that carry files of type Log, file is discarded.
