Rename Spot colors

I'm trying to rename a spot color.

This page says it can be done in Pitstop

But I cannot find this dialog box anywhere. Any ideas?

It's an Action within an Action List.
If you open the Action List panel and search for 'spot', you'll see one for renaming.
