FTP receive not working

Hey everyone, we have a flow that is supposed to pull in files from our FTP every morning from 6am to 7am. The files are in the folder yet the FTP element is not picking them up. When I try and stop the flow it shows the hour glass next to the flow and takes around 20+ min to stop the flow. Most times we just restart the Mac that the switch server runs on. Anyone had this issue? It is adding a lot of manual intervention which defeats the purpose of switch. There are no errors in the logs either... :|
