Re: Error starting Switch Designer
Have you resolved this yet?
I was under the impression that the 1st build of 17 had errors and to hold off for a later build.
Perhaps one to chase your Reseller about.

Re: Error starting Switch Designer
After the release of Switch 2017 a critical error was discovered, resulting in crashes when a certain combination of licenses is active. The issue has been fixed, and new installers are now available.
If you have installed Switch 2017 but did not yet run into this issue it is still advised to update.
If you haven't installed Switch 2017 yet, but are planning to update later, please use the following installers:
Mac: http://go.enfocus.com/e/133081/switch-p ... x/71081703
Windows: http://go.enfocus.com/e/133081/switch-p ... z/71081703
Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Re: Error starting Switch Designer
Thanks for answer, but yes i have this information and i download the last versio of course...
Here is the answer of the support... I don't find...
Hello,
The error should only happen if there is another process on your system using that port. Sometimes processes keep the port open after an unexpected quit from Switch, this should be fixed after a reboot of the system. Can you try this?
If that doesn't help, is it possible to check with TCPview if there are other processes on the system using the ports used by Switch?
You can download TCPview here:
