Yes! That is exactly it
There are many emails in the Account that Switch is routinely checking on, and as such it has to look over each and every email to make sure that none of them contain the key Job No. or Action that it is searching for in the Flow.
I've cleared out all the obsolete garbage from the Inbox and hopefully this should calm things down.
