Any thoughts - how can I trigger an email if a job has been waiting at a Switch Client Checkpoint after say, an hour then a day...?
At the moment reminders are triggered by me being fed up seeing jobs waiting interaction...

Can you use the 'Fail jobs after timeout' and then set the 'Fail connection' destination to a directory with an email notification attached to it?
You could set the timeout delay to 60 minutes; move it to the 'Fail connection' destination that generates an email; hold it there for a day using the timeout delay; move to a destination with an email notification, etc.

Yes, thank you @wilsonj - strangely enough, that was the kinda thought I had while commuting home. Great minds think alike etc. I had a timeout already, so have given it a 1 hour delay, to trigger to an email and a loopback for the file into the waiting folder.
Just testing now...
Edit: Works like a treat - and pleasingly just the one entry on the Switch Client - it recognises the identifier and doesn't duplicate...
