Enfocus Community

Anyone else having problems with the harddrive filling up unexplainably?
Today I was down to 1 Mb of free space even though I emptied the system trash can.
After contacting the IT-department for help as I couldn't understand why the enfocus user folder was 466 Gb I found out that there was a backing folder full of old files.
In Preferences we have set Keep internal job tickets for 48 hours and Run cleanup every 24 hrs, but still the backing folder keeps filling up.

Any ideas as to how to prevent this from happening?

Same problem here, partly solved with v13 and, when not debugging or Testing flows with Automated folders (nearly impossible)
For Backing Folder use the tool: Recycle bin and Fail Job after Timeout Delay>Unit>hours
