Hi everyone,

First timer here
I am hoping I may be able to get some advice. I have set up a flow for a client who drops a pdf through their connect droplet containing order Numb data etc. This then sits in a checkpoint and our CSR then uses the menu and adds a WT number etc and pushes forward into the flow. That part works ok however i am having trouble getting the WT number to appear in the report. At the moment it is appearing as undefined on the report.
Sorry if this seems like a silly question I am quite new at setting flows etc any help advice anyone could give would be very much appreciated.

What is the report? Are you referring to a checkpoint further in the flow?

We ended up figuring it out. Was a scripting change that the IT has changed thank you though for your reply.
