I have been trying to create a flow that will correct a pdf images total ink coverage from over 240% to under 240%, but i have had no luck. I am only able to use the Switch, PitStop Server, and the configurators modules. I would appreciate any help! Thank you!

Ideally you would need a devicelink profile for this to do the reduction to 240%.
If you have that then you can use the Apply Devicelink' Action in PitStop Server to make the conversion.
Many of our PitStop partners can create Devicelinks, some even have off-the-shelf profiles that they sell.
It might be worth reaching out to your reseller to see if they can help, or maybe someone on the forum could?
