Is there a way with a Pitstop Action or other method to "embed" a pattern?
I have a pdf that I created using adobe illustrator that contains pattern swatches. Although the patterns appear fine in the pdf when viewed in acrobat and pitstop pro, when the publisher opens the file in Dalim software, it converts the vector pattern swatches to raster. Is there a way that I can use pitsop to modify or better embed the pattern definition to resolve this?
Thanks

Re: Embedding Patterns
Could it be that the number of points is too important for Dalim and that it rasterizes it ?
Try a dummy pattern with one blue square only or limit the pattern use and see if this can help ?
Otherwise you can try to decompose your artwork inside Illustrator and save a PDF from that stage.
Let us know how that goes…
