Dear Switch Users,
We have unconfirmed reports that the newly released (June 21, 2016) update for the Adobe Creative Cloud is not working with the Configurators for Switch 13.X.

We are working to verify the problem and will issue an update as soon as possible. However, in the mean time, we recommend that you hold off on the update until we can confirm and fix or debunk this issue.

Just an update... we did find a problem with the Photoshop and Illustrator Configurators and have a fix being verified. As soon as the fix is verified, we will post the update for the Configurators in Switch.

I'm pleased to announce that the Configurators for Illustrator and Photoshop have been updated to support the newest updates released last week. This update supports Illustrator 2015.3 and Photoshop 2015.5

To update your configurators to the latest versions, do the following:

• Open Switch
• Go to Help > Manage Configurator
• Select web
• Look for Switch 13 or 13 update 1
• Then select Illustrator or Photoshop (they should show as orange indicating there's an update).
• It gives an option to install/update the existing Configurator to Photoshop V5 and Illustrator V4.
• Now stop the Switch Server and start it again.
