How to UNDELETE!!

By doing the usual 'Close Window' shortcut of Apple+W I've managed to delete a critical WorkFlow

How would one go about recovering this Flow? I have Time Machine backups and historic backups but nothing too recent.

Surely a file has been binned somewhere I can reinstate?!

:o

The flows are stored as backing XML files. On Windows, that's within %appadata% and on OSX, I believe it's in Program Data. You can restore the XML file from your backups. I don't think they are sent to the recycle bin when deleted from the designer.

I do this all the time. Honestly, if you set up Flow Auto Backup, you never have to worry about this again and can restore flows with 1 click. https://forum.enfocus.com/viewtopic.php ... 432&p=5449

Thanks Gabriel,

I've replaced the following :

• /Users/Studio/Library/Application Support/Enfocus/Switch Server/backing/LOST_WorkFLOW (Folder)
• /Users/Studio/Library/Application Support/Enfocus/Switch Server/flows/Flow_76.xml
• /Users/Studio/Library/Application Support/Enfocus/Switch Server/ProblemFiles/LOST_WorkFLOW (Folder)

But the Flow isn't turning up in Switch?

I've Quit and Restarted but nothing turns up

Scratch that, I think it has reinstated the Flow! :D
(It was nestled away at the bottom of all the Flow List)

<Time to check out the Backup Flow Thread> 8-)
