Odd PitStop Server Problem

Hi
I have a flow that uses the Add Bleed action lists.
This is working fine as a PitStop Server queue.
However when I use the same settings actions etc with the Configurator it frequently (but not always if the file is very simple) throws an "unexpected error" crashing PitStop.
If I use the Generic application Configurator the same file process OK.
Any ideas?
