Acrobat Can't open a pdf file

Hello to all,
Hope You all are doing well,

Dear I have a problem in switch flow, In a flow we open a pdf file in Adobe Acrobat pro and save this in a folder as a postscript format. But when pdf file insert in flow the acrobat can't open the pdf file and shown an error message which is An Inetrnal Error Occoured.

Error Log Message : Can't read the script execution result file tmp/_0031K_AcrobatPluginJobFolder/acrobatscriptresult.xfdf'

Please Provide your valuable help to solve to this problem.

It works for me. Do you have this with all PDF files? If so, please report this to support through our website: https://www.enfocus.com/en/support

And please explain why you want to save the PDF as Postscript?
