Create HTML E-mail Template

How do I go about creating an HTML E-mail template that I can fill in variable fields from a job's metadata? I've set up a flow to send files out to vendors for dies and such. It's easy to do a plain text one as far as I can see, but we'd like to format the letter a little nicer and put the company logo on it. I was kind of looking at Indesign to build it but I'm not sure I have the right export options. We've also got Quark and Office that might be options.
Thanks,
Mike

You can create an HTML template and use Switch variables to insert values from your flow into the email body text. The HTML code can be stored in flow (built-in) or in an external file.
I prefer to use an external file because Switch's editor is broken for HTML. It displays text as a web page instead of source when you go back to edit it. You can't do anything at that point.
