Does anyone here practice grounding for health? What are the real benefits you've experienced?

I've recently read about the grounding method, where you connect physically to the Earth by walking barefoot or using grounding tools. It’s said to reduce inflammation, improve sleep, and even support mood. I’m curious if anyone here has tried it consistently. Yes, I’ve been practicing grounding daily for a few months now, mostly by walking barefoot on grass or sand. I was surprised by how calming it felt after just a few days. My sleep became deeper, and I started waking up feeling more refreshed. I also noticed a reduction in the muscle tension I usually carry after long work hours. It’s a simple habit that connects you with nature and brings a sense of balance. Definitely worth trying if you want to feel more centered.

Grounding has been a wonderful addition to my wellness routine. I usually take 30 minutes in the morning to stand barefoot in my garden, and I’ve found it really helps with stress and anxiety. There’s something incredibly peaceful about that connection to the earth—it helps me clear my mind. I also track my sleep and noticed improvement after a couple of weeks. It’s easy, free, and I think it gives the body something we’re naturally meant to receive. I think that there are many more benefits of grounding because this method is truly innovative
