I use a workflow for creating PDF files from InDesign documents.

Very often the InDesign application needs to closed otherwise some fonts are replaced.I put a automator element that close InDesign, but althought this sometimes I get the problem.

I am using Swich 11, Pitstop Server 11, InDesign 5.5

I didn't hear of similar issues so I was wondering if you've contacted our support department so this can be investigated?

Please be careful with having 2 tools (both Switch and Automator) telling one other application (InDesign) what to do, you might cause conflicts that way ... Even though Switch will drive Automator, it does not know what is inside the Automator workflow so can't take into account InDesign is being closed down.
