In a previous post 'detecting spot color' mattbeals posted a simple workflow that works great for a spot colour called 'PANTONE' but what if the spot colour is called 'cutterguide' we sometimes use the name for various reasons the spot colour may be made up of 100%cyan or 100%magenta.

Is there a way of detecting the spot colour using the 'Define condition with variable' [Stats.Colorants] equal to *******

Yes we could just rename the spot 'PANTONE cutterguide' but i'm looking at some legacy jobs and don't want to re-supply all the pdfs

Hello, edit the Condition with Variables and change "PANTONE" to "cutterguide".
