Hi,

we deliver PDFs per Switchs mail send. Now the demand is that the emails should be archived on filesystem, too. I don't have any clue how to solve this.

Any ideas?

You could CC: a different account, retrieve email from that account and save to file. Or you could generate the email body text prior to Email Send, save it as private data in the job and write it to a file.

Sounds good. With this solution i get the email body text as a plain textfile and the other informations as metadata (Switch variables). But how to mix the body text with the required metadata (sender, receivers, send-date, ...) and place it on the filesystem?

Make sure both "Attach email info" and "Attach extra email info" properties are set to Yes. Then set "Base map key on" properties to select what additional information you want to retain (sender, subject, etc.)
