Switch slow to pick-up/process jobs after System Reboot

Just looking to see if anybody else experiences the same as us following a System Reboot.
We are running Switch 11 update 4 on Window 7 in a VM environment after a recent restart of Windows, Switch took a good 60mins to start processing any jobs through any workflows. Files had been given a Switch Prefix ref., but did not get picked up for 60mins.
Is this normal?
Thanks

I have the same problem, have you found a solution?

Every time Switch is launched, Switch will clean-up the unused job tickets. If there are a lot of unused job tickets, this could indeed take a while to finish the cleanup and Switch to be available to start working on other tasks and responding to user requests. You can check on your computer how many Tickets are located in C:UsersAppDataRoamingEnfocusSwitch Servertickets
I would recommend changing the clean-up interval from 48 hours (standard value) to 24 hours or less. This only removes job tickets that are linked to files that are no longer in active the flow itself for 48 hours, exception for this are the files that are located in the Recycle Bin and the Archive Hierarchy elements. Once a day Switch will remove all job tickets that haven’t been used in 48 hours, when changed to 24 this will leave less files to be removed each time, except the first time the clean-up is run. You can change this by going to Edit>Preferences and there the Application data. Here change the 48 next to “Keep internal job tickets for…” to 24.
Please note, the first time you’ll restart Switch it will take even longer to remove those files (because Switch will have to remove 72 hours of job tickets instead of the 48 hours), however the second time and the times after this will be faster.
