Hello all:



I have an input folder on a server named Sync_IN containing few sub folders AA_1, BB_1 etc in which I get different job folders on daily basis. So the location is: Sync_INAA_1AA_Job1 & AA_Job2 & more. I'm trying to move all jobs folders to MOVE in Sync_INAA_1[dd-MM-yy]AA_Job[n].



Further, I want to COPY all folders from Sync_INAA_1[dd-MM-yy]AA_Job[n] to local disk at LocalAA_Job[dd-MM-yy]AA_Job[n] and send an email about all jobs on a particular time.



I tried hard but failed except I'm able to copy jobs to on local disk date-wise.



Please help.

The easiest approach is to have a Sync_IN2 next to Sync_IN. You empty Sync_IN and reproduce the modified folder structure in Sync_IN2 using "Archive hierarchy", just like you are doing with the local folder.



It becomes problematic for Switch when it is scanning an input folder structure and it has to update that same folder structure which it then scans for processing again. You easily end up with an endless loop.
