Anyone using Claro Premedia and have upgraded from V9.0 to 9.5.(4) ?

Hello all,



My next small issue ... Upgrading from V9.0 to 9.5 of Claro Premedia .... ?



Install went Ok but I would have expected the V9.5 to install over the top of the new version ... And of course no it didnt ... I now have 2 working versions (thankfully) but cant export old "Channels" to the new version. I get an error - ERROR filename does not end with:. - which doesnt quite make sense. Funny thing was I added a full point to the end of the first xml file export and then the next one worked ! But when trying to import I was able to select the Exported file but on import I get the same error.



And I also cant find any documentation on how I was supposed to do the upgrade. The manuals installed didnt help, or maybe I missed the page !



I have an email in to Elpical as we do have maintenance as my local supplier is overseas ...



Anyone shed some light ...
