I use switch for 15 days.

I do not download the files from the ftp client.

I still have the same error: operation interrupted or time out.

I can downloaded the file with another software: Yummi FTP.

Do you have a solution to this problem?

What is important is the FTP server, not the FTP client. This is likely to be a very specific problem, so I recommend you report it to support@enfocus.com and mention the FTP server you are connecting to.

I solved the problem by creating a registry entry "KeepAliveTime".

In fact, my tcp/ip connexion does not close fast enough.

I'm a bit confused. You told us that it works with Yummy FTP (a Mac program) but you also told us, that you have changes a registry entry (Windows Stuff) to get it work.
Can you please tell us more details?
