What settings are you using? Have you tried using your own template instead of the built-in one?

It definitely goes away when you use an external file with the type set to HTML.

Note that inside the HTML mail template you can use any Switch variable [Job.Name], [Metadata...], etc. It is just that you will have to copy&paste it from the variables pane into the editor with which you make the HTML.
