Hi, I'm a new user to Enfocus12. I've been creating a flow that downloads both from ftp-site and email. I'm still in the testing stage. I'm now getting a message from my email that says "This configurator accepts only files. Please re-design the workflow



"I haven't changed the email portion since I've created the flow. It use to work fine. The only thing I've added is a XML pickup.



Anyone know what this message is referring to? I'm sure its an operator error on my part.

In Switch a job can be either a file or a folder. Some elements can work with both, some with folders and some with files. The message you see comes from an element that can only work with files, but your flow is feeding it folders.



You can take files out of folders with the "Ungroup job" element and with the "Job dismantler" element. The former one is best used when the files have to be recombined again later in the flow, the latter when the files can be taken out of the folders and processed as individual jobs.
