Hi,

What shall be backed up within a switch installation? Is it only the flows?



In addition I have heard about a "tandem" installation? What is that exactly.

You should backup everything in the application data root folder, the path of which you can find in the Preferences.



It a commercially interesting solution in case you need two Switch environments for additional processing and/or fail-over. Note that it is not an automatic fail-over environment!
