Im having a lot of xml and pdf files coming into one folder. Now I want to send the files that can match the names of the xml and pdf, the ones that can be matched should be trashed...

Anyone know how to do this?

I have now just used the xml pickup to combine them (and that is ok) but the ones being orphaned is sent to trash - perfect!... but I get the emails that they have been orphaned and that is something I don't want to have. Cant find any setting to ignore just that alert-message.

I'm a little unclear on what you're doing here as I'm sure there is probably a better way of doing it, but here you can solve that particular problem like this: Have a folder coming out of your "Problem Jobs" folder (the reddish/pink one) and then on the output folder, have two paths coming from that folder to two more. On one of them, "Include these jobs" -> "define condition with variables" -> [Job.FailElement] == 'the element name of your assemble'. Then, make the other path from your 'problem jobs out', set to all other jobs. Have the all other path email you and the one with the conditions just go to trash.

You can also get more specific as you could specify "Job.FailMessage" as well.

In the "Problem alerts" of your Preferences you can set "Problem job arrives" to "No". If there are specific flows for which you want to receive a message then add a "Mail send" to "Problems folder" as described above.
