SwitchClient problem

I have such a problem: while at the same time will connect more than 5 clients I have huge delay on SwitchClients and Switch Designer "Users" panel. Delay is more than 30 minut to refresh but sometimes it doesn't refresh at all on any SwitchClient. Just switch off some SwitchClient when total connectivity is not greater than 5 and the problem disappears.

Does anyone who has more than 5 licenses can confirm this behavior.
