Failed to connect to mail server; error message: Already connected.

Hello,
Does anyone know how to get this error message fixed.
"Failed to connect to mail server; error message: Already connected. If you want to reconnect, close the current connection first.104"
This happens over every weekend and sometime over night on weeknights and it stops my mail receive from working until I restart my flow. I really need my email to keep connected all the time.
