Hello,

I would like to know how create an Action List that will only select images with tagged ICC profiles and convert them to CMYK with an ICC profile.

If I understand correctly, you'll want something like this:

Select images
Select by tagged ICC profile
AND
Tag with ICC profile

The last action will only change the ICC profile (with correct colour conversion of course) but not the colour space - for example it won't change RGB to CMYK. If you want that, you'll need a Convert color action:

Select images
Select by tagged ICC profile
AND
Convert color to CMYK
Tag with ICC profile

If you want more control over the exact colour management you can add the Override color management settings action at the beginning of the Action List.
