Hi there.

We are using PSwitch 10 and we are forced 2 use acrobat 9 because there is no support for acrobat X(no mention bout it on your web)

Now we have this file that screams about some i/o errors when opened in AAcrobat X but not in AAcrobat 9 thou... so we processed this file using PSwitch 10 with AA 9 and it costs us quite a lot till now and it´s still not solved...

Any idea when will PSwitch notice that there is a new (year old) version of acrobat?

We have the same problem, updating our systems to the latest versions but we have to keep Acrobat 9. Any info about a new configurator for Acrobat X?.

PowerSwitch 10 currently doesn't support Acrobat X on Windows (it does on Mac). This is caused by a bug in the Windows version of Acrobat X that makes it hard for the Configurator to work properly. We have searched for workarounds for the Acrobat bug, but couldn't find any. The problem has been reported to Adobe and we are waiting for them to fix the problem.



Can you send the problematic file to Enfocus Support? Then we can investigate if there is a way to fix the file in Acrobat 9.
