Mind you, I lost my "Merge PDF" element : Any idea how to get it back ?

This situation can arise when you downgrade from 12 to 11. The 11 installer saw a higher version and did not install certain components and when you never had 11 on that system these are not available.



Remove the 12 folder in HD/Library/Application Support/Enfocus/Switch. If you are using PitStop Server as well you also have to remove the pack in HD/Library/Application Support/Enfocus/Packs/installed. Reinstall PitStop Server and Switch.

Alas it doesn't seem to work. I am about to delete any enfocus folder I can found and start from scratch to see if it fixes it.

I did remove any Enfocus folder, installed from scratch. Everything back to normal
